QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality assurance is a fundamental element of the company’s core business values. Liaromatis’ quality management system is built up and implemented in the whole organization and covers all relations with customer and the other partners of this company.
Our company is certified using the following systems:
- Quality Management in accordance with ΕΝ ISO 9001:2015
- Both internal and external audits secure, that the system at any time is updated and matches the requirements and needs of our customers and other partners.
- Production Control in accordance with EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011
- Quality Control function is to develop and implement an integrated sequence or specific control on quality relative to materials, process and product. Quality Assurance program after blast cleaning of Structural Steel Members, the degree of cleanliness, surface profile and salt contamination, tests are conducted to determine compliance with specified client requirements.
- Welding Quality Management in accordance with EN ISO 3834-2:2005
The company has its own certified staff and equipment for performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
All staff of welders and welding methods is certified by internationally acknowledged bodies, such as:
- TUV Rheinland
- ΤUV HELLAS (Member of TUV NORD)
- Moody Hellas S.A.
Furthermore, the company has certified paint inspectors in accordance with BGAS – CSWIP for the quality control of surface protection.
