Agia Napa Marina is a mixed-use development that combines residential, commercial and recreational infrastructure with a total construction cost of €350 million. It includes the East and West twin Towers over 113 meters high, 28 floors including 220 spacious and luxurious apartments, with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The building’s static system for transporting vertical loads consists of slabs, columns and a special core. The core has a circular shape and is made of high strength concrete C50/60. In the core are embedded steel members that form a frame along its perimeter while cooperating with the concrete to form composite beams
